The Drama "Ruth"
Russian Dancers from the
Bolshoi Ballet School
Christian Arts Choir and Orchestra
"Messiah"

Founded in 1990, under the direction of Sylvia L. Kutchukian, President, this non-denominational, non-profit (501)©(3) multi-ethnic educational and performing arts organization is dedicated to reclaim the Arts to God's glory, (Acts 15:15-17) to bring all nations before Him in worship, (Revelation 15:4b) and to pursue a standard of excellence in skill and spirit in all our undertakings (Colossians 3:20). As in the past 15 years, and only by God's grace, we pursue to incorporate Christ and His Kingdom principles into all our programs, and to encourage churches to unite with us in establishing God's vision for the Arts. By including a multicultural array of presentations and performers, and pursuing diverse multidisciplinary training programs, we attempt to unite all willing children of God in a worship experience focusing on evangelism that transcends any denomination, doctrinal difference or congregational style, promoting unity even in logistics. The ministry is supported by the special annual events, private tuition, and the generosity of our partners and friends.

We promote and sponsor original Christian musicals and dramas of outstanding quality, offer workshops, lectures and art exhibits. We particularly enjoy serving in evangelistic outreach presentations and benefits, refer artists through our Artists Resource Center and present faith/cultural festivals in auditoriums, churches, and local parks. As a Christian witness we have felt honored to have appeared at: The Egg, Proctor's Theatre, Chancellors Hall and the New York State Museum. During the holiday seasons, our annual concerts of Handel's MESSIAH, made up of a volunteer choir representing many area churches, have continued to gain momentum throughout the Northeast and Vermont. Two special performances were given at Governor Pataki's invitation at the Executive Mansion, and at his 2001 Prayer Breakfast in the Convention Center of the Empire State Plaza. Our next concert is scheduled for Christmas 2008, and we welcome those interested in joining the choir, to contact us.

Glory Festival at The Egg

We serve students from all racial and denominational backgrounds through a variety of private and group offerings: liturgical/Davidic dancing, mime, drama, art, vocal/instrumental music and jazz, while adult singers and instrumentalists receive special coaching for participating in Handel's MESSIAH, which is preceded with pre-concert lectures. Upon invitation, we give lectures on 'Christian Perspective of the Arts' 'Praise and Worship' and 'Excellence in Presentations'. All ages are welcome to enroll in any of our training programs. We sponsor several outside groups, among them: the Russian Christian students from the Bolshoi School of Ballet, the 300 voice King's Choir, the Tabernacle of Praise dancers from Oneonta and the Armenian Dance Troupe from New York City, the Messianic Drama groups from the Seed of Abraham and the King's School in Queensbury, NY. Two of our major drama productions were "Ruth", the touching story of the Biblical account of Ruth and Naomi, and "Children of the Morning", showing Armenia as the first nation to accept Christianity in 301 AD.

Our goal is to encourage everyone with a heart to worship to gain confidence and freedom in expressing their faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, to spread the Gospel through creative venues, and in turn, to disciple others in their own spheres of influence in obedience to the Great Commission.

To take part in any of our programs, please fill out our contact form and return it to us.
